Course Description

This course briefly addresses why and how believers should study the Old Testament and provides an overview of the book of Genesis. The goal of this course is two-fold: 1) To help the student fall in love with an oft under-represented portion of the Scriptures (the OT) by giving them the freedom to identify areas where the text seems foreign to our context, and 2) To provide a fresh lens through which to view the Old Testament so that we, as readers, become more comfortable letting the Text speak for itself.
